Moving is always a headache – who assumes costs during the transition, surveillance suspended if the phone is cut, contract not signed or tech support not available when you need it – and the list goes on.

If you're planning to move, please advise us at least three weeks in advance.

This will give us enough time to help you plan moving your alarm system or purchasing a new one, depending on your needs. If there is no landline at your new address, we can connect you to our central over the Internet. 

Remember to notify us if you switch your telephone or Internet service provider, to make sure that your alarm system remains linked to our central.
